Sarah R. Haag-Fisk is an associate in the Firm’s litigation group. Sarah focuses on complex commercial matters involving multinational financial institutions, banks, Fortune 500 companies, and start-ups. Her practice includes representing clients in business disputes, complex real estate matters, bankruptcy proceedings, and government investigations. Sarah is an efficient problem solver who zealously protects her clients' interests. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah handled real estate and products liability matters. She served as national coordinating counsel for a client engaged in litigation in jurisdictions throughout the country. She worked closely with local counsel to develop a litigation strategy, engage in mediation, or prepare for trial. Sarah enjoys volunteering with the New York Legal Assistance Group and assisting non-profit organizations with their legal needs. Outside the office, Sarah enjoys cycling, traveling, and gardening.
