Dimitri Drakopoulos is an Associate Attorney in ZEK’s transactional banking, corporate and real estate group, focusing on banking and financial services. He has experience in negotiating and documenting a variety of complex transactions for institutional and private lenders, including mortgage, asset-based, SBA loans, as well as other types of secured and unsecured credit facilities. Dimitri graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 2017 where he earned his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law as well as his M.B.A. and from St. John’s School of Law in 2020 where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Prior to joining the firm, Dimitri was an Associate with a transactional boutique representing institutional lenders as outside counsel in their commercial lending practices. Outside of the office, Dimitri enjoys golfing, reading, and following the Minnesota Vikings.
