Mr. Medwick, who began his career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private funds, securities matters, and business formations, as well as corporate, partnership and limited liability company laws. “In addition to being a wonderfully talented lawyer, James founded his own wine business several years ago which operates in a heavily regulated industry,” said David Chenkin, ZEK’s Managing Partner. “With this experience, James brings both legal and regulatory savvy and an entrepreneurial viewpoint to a broad array of business challenges.
