Stern Workshop on Cyber-Terrorism and Communication. Ms. Housen-Couriel will address the “Shifting Sands of Terrorism,” exploring the evolution of the terrorist threat in the face of a rapidly changing environment and a growing diversity of terrorist actors. The workshop is part of the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism’s 15th Annual Conference. The conference will address questions of counter-terrorism policy and strategy in light of the evolving nature of terrorist threats.
